I have a lovely art filled apartment where I rent out my spare comfortable bedroom to visitors to Auckland. I live with Fred, my British Bulldog, so you must love dogs.
The benefits of my apartment, as well as a very relaxed owner, is its central location. We are 20 minutes from the central city and our stunning Auckland water front and 10 minutes walk from Eden Park for the rugby and dozens of bars and restaurants.
The area is Morningside / Kinglsand / St Lukes / Sandringham… we are basically slap bang in the middle of everything. The St Lukes mall is 10 minutes walk down the road. The Morningside railway station is right on our doorstep. You can catch a bus just around the corner. There is also a laundry 2 minutes walk away. I do have parking available but you do need to remind me that you need a car park.
